Mechanical, Electrical & PHE BIM Modellers

About the Company: A UAE-based engineering consultancy is seeking experienced and skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering (PHE) BIM Modellers to join its team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will work on Middle East projects and contribute to the preparation of high-quality BIM models and engineering drawings. Positions Available: • Mechanical BIM Modellers • Electrical BIM Modellers • PHE (Public Health Engineering) BIM Modellers Key Responsibilities: Mechanical BIM Modeller: • Develop and maintain mechanical HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit. • Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment models. • Coordinate mechanical models with other MEP disciplines. • Review drawings and resolve design clashes. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. Electrical BIM Modeller: • Develop electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit. • Prepare lighting, power, cable tray, and containment layouts. • Coordinate electrical services with mechanical and plumbing systems. • Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination workflows. • Prepare accurate shop drawings and construction documentation. PHE BIM Modeller: • Develop plumbing and public health engineering BIM models. • Prepare water supply, drainage, and sanitary layouts. • Coordinate plumbing systems with other MEP services. • Identify and resolve clashes and modelling issues. • Produce detailed drawings in accordance with project requirements. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling. • Experience working on Middle East projects is mandatory. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. • Good understanding of MEP systems, engineering drawings, and BIM coordination. • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
