Cyber Security Partner

About the Role: We are seeking a Cyber Security Partner to serve as a trusted security advisor across global engineering and product teams. In this role, you will collaborate seamlessly with 100+ autonomous tech teams to design, embed, and scale robust security controls throughout the SDLC. Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with engineering, product, architecture, and program stakeholders. • Define and document security requirements for new products, cloud architecture, and AI/GenAI initiatives. • Perform threat modeling, architecture reviews, application security, and supply-chain risk assessments. • Guide development teams on API security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), container security (Kubernetes/Docker), and secrets management. • Translate technical security risks into clear business risks and mitigation strategies. • Participate in security testing, purple teaming, and security assurance activities. • Drive security by design and security by default culture across teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Hands-on product security experience in DevSecOps, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews. • Expertise in SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC tools, and code vulnerability reviews. • Familiarity with industry standards: OWASP ASVS, OWASP Top 10, CIS Benchmarks. • Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with AI/LLM security risks, prompt engineering safeguards, and agentic AI architectures. • Coding experience in Java, Python, Go, or Cloud platforms is a plus. • AWS/Azure Cloud Security certification or GDPR/PCI-DSS knowledge is desirable.
